Edinburgh Building & Property Services (EBAPS) was founded in 2001 assisting a local business with general repairs to its rental properties. Over the years more requests were made to the company to further enhance the work offered. This resulted in our expansion into the building sector where several word of mouth referals brought about the first build for EBAPS, an Edinburgh guesthouse. Many companies offer the usual " We pride ourselves..... " " We are the best ...... " EBAPS pure and simply offer you our customer a "Free smile" - No grumpy tradesmen! Quality workmanship - we come do the job and in the very rare time we missed something, we will come back fix it - NO charge! Are we expensive? We are not the cheapest..... and not the dearest...... we are a small company and charge a fair price for the quality of tradesmen we employ.
